Thermometers
Visartermometers measure temperature and display the result on a scale.
They are usually based on thermal properties of materials, such as changing shape, length or color depending on temperature.
Rexotherm manufactures bimetallic thermometers which means that the material used is different metals with different thermal expansion properties that are joined together.
When the temperature changes, the metal bends and this movement is used to move an indicator across a scale.

Some of our thermometers are available with a stainless steel case and are equipped with a watertight housing.
This design makes them ideal for use in environments that are both aggressive and corrosive.
Stainless steel gives the thermometers exceptional resistance to corrosion, which is particularly important in environments where exposure to moisture, acids or other chemicals is common.
Our thermometers are available with fully sealed instrument housings that have a bayonet fitting for extra safety.
These products meet the requirements of the European standard EN 60529 and have a tightness class of IP65.
